I like helping people find each other, make things together and see what happens when an idea gets out of someone's head and into a room. I've built communities, facilitated conversations, developed programs and enjoy unfurling the bits in between an idea and the thing it becomes.

STRATEGY

Strategy and I are natural friends. I'm insatiably curious, great at contingency planning, and think in campaign! Asking questions, joining dots, untangling complicated problems to help people work out what might be worth trying next is totally my jam.

MATTERS

In a world built from an unrealistic and unrealised position of health, we need better disability and mental health inclusion. I use accessibility training and lived experience to ask who fits in the frame, who doesn't, and whether we need to change the frame entirely!

GETTING UNSTUCK +

coaching

I coach people through ideas, decisions, creative blocks and the occasional "I know what I want to do, I just can't seem to get myself to do it" situation. Getting people out of their own heads and back into motion is one of my favourite bits.

STORIES +

COMMUNICATION

I write, facilitate, make content, develop campaigns and find the story that helps an idea travel. From micro-copy to social media content and narrative non-fiction, I'm always writing, writing, writing.
